Salt vendor dispute plagarism

Why I think this ban is incorrect/should be forgiven:

Hi! I am The salt vendor, I dont use Sythe alot but I recently quit my other livechat job to pursue my own site!
I had an website built by Edwin for me(Great developer) and unfortunately along the way he was using a test site to show me updates and he was using filler text (text just used to show the spacing of a website, where text will go etc), and unfortunately he was using text pulled from random gold sites
(All types, Like we temporarily used the Arcus logo to show the size of the logo on the homepage, which was then replaced by the logo I had T1n0 make)
Well, it seems one part of the filler text (The rental TOS) on my website was pulled from piegp.com and I never noticed that it was still there upon launch.

Today I reached out to Edwin to confirm that it was just developer filler text:

Today I reached out to Piegp(and apologized) for my developer using his filler text:

Pie also confirmed it was not plagarism and he had no issue with my unban.

Today I reached out to @video and @TySimpson and they talked to me and told me to make a dispute(ty did)

Today I also re-wrote the entire rental page to avoid any other overlaps and reviewed my site for any other "filler text" that was put in without me knowing, I didnt find any.

I am disputing my plagarism ban as:
1) The filler text was piegp's which the owner says he has no problem with me using and I could be unbanned
2) The filler text in question was put there by my developer on the test site and I didnt even own the site at the time and it just stayed there after launch(he forgot to remove it and I didnt even know about it)
3) I tried protecting my developer as I dont want him to get in trouble as I really need this website but the filler text simply was forgotton to be changed

I would really appreciate my ban being lifted considering the content in question was not plagarized due to the owner of the content saying it was not; My developer put the content on the site, not me(and I didnt own the site at the time)
and I was just trying to start a small gold site to pay for my rent . I really need this. I quit my other job and literally will not be able to pay my rent if I dont get unbanned, I am not in a good spot.

I beg the forgiveness of the staff that banned me, Piegp also said they dont know who even reported me, was not them.

Also - Several other sites have the exact same TOS and other pages that also seem to of been forgotton(I.e - Stakegp.com has identical terms to piegp to and was put there by the same dev).

Please unban me .
