Hey guyz,
I had a small question, if you went here: http://www.jagex.com/careers you would find the jobs Jagex offering, and they are stating the you will get 18K+ in most cases..
My question is: Is that the annual wage or the monthly one?!
Also.. Is that considered to be a good salary? (18K, sometimes it reaches 27K! please note that this is in pounds sterlings)

Annual.

There's no way they pay you 200K+ a year.

yearly would be logical, considering thats probably in pounds, it would equal $331,000 USD a year..

its about $27K USD, so not really, but its liveable

And what about the 27K Pounds (which is about $41K) Also don't forget that they have private health care, and special gym membership.. Moreover they have annual bonuses :p

Why do you care? It's not like you will ever be able to get a job there.

This is a fair point.

It'll be nearly impossible to find work there.

Umm if you're a java programmer or somethign majjor with a degree it'd be better paying...go to places like blizzard they pay more and have all the game rooms and benefits as well!

£27k a year isn't bad you could live on that. Btw how is it impossible for him to work at Jagex?

Yeah, it's alright I guess. But my mother earns £22k and she doesn't even do anything related to her degree.

Heidy
18-27k isn't too bad, I believe teachers earn about that amount...correct me if I'm wrong...

It's liveable fo sure.

I am currently studying the courses needed to be able to fit in to their business Positions available. Those are decent salary's, above average anyway.

It depends on your age, you get minimum wage at 18. But £18k is really small for that job - £27k would be enough to help you live.
