saintofsins scammed me

Recently I payed saintofsins 60m gp for 25-80 dungeoneering, he said he was finishing off some orders then starting soon, so i go on a day later and ask him again and he says hes just about to start so i let it be, then i comeback hours later and ask him again and he ignores me for hours, i tried pming him on here and hes ignored everyway of contact i have with him and blocked me on msn, I trusted this guy as he has a decent amount of vouches and seemed legit. I am new to sythe and can only think he thought he could get away with scamming me. I can provide screen shots and conversations which can hopefully proove that he scammed me. i have the images in a word document which i print screened. i would like to speak to a mod on msn to show the pictures i thought may capture what happened and here is the conversation:
