    Why:
    1) Both have similar thread titles/layouts/payment methods:
    Current - [$300 donor][$50k+ in vouches] selling bulk osrs [$0.68] btc,ukbt
    Banned - [80+ Vouches] [$30,000+ Traded] Sell Bulk 07 Gold $0.85-88/M BTC/Bank Transfers

    2) Both get spam vouched by the same individuals (mainly who deal with UKBT it seems):
    Current - Saima's Vouches
    Banned - RsBallers vouches

    3) Both claim to be stakers/stake trade often, but use rental accounts often.

    4) Home IP match with one another.
