Safety glitch? Anger weapons?

I Can Confirm There Are *2* Anger Weapon Glitches.

1) It Allows The Ability To Take Anger Weapons OUTSIDE. They DO NOT Hit 200's But Still Hit High (50-80's On 99 Str). This Glitch Is More Common Then Glitch #2.
2) There Is Another Glitch That Allows You To Get XP From When You Fight In The Dungeon. It Allows You To Kill The Monsters Unlimited Times And Get Unlimited XP. If You Hit 200 Every 10 Seconds That's 288k Xp A Hour. This Glitch Is Very Uncommon.

I Do Not Know How To Do The Glitches.

I can confirm the first glitch, as you look up in these pictures u can get wepons out of the cave.

i can't confirm the second glitch, because no-one ever saw anyone doing this before.

if qpwoeiruty is sure that it's true, ill try and find it.
i really want everyone to get this 288k/hour
