Just do not goldfarm such as filling vials on a main. It is possible to bot iDungeonPro, but do not 24/7 it. For combat i reccomend Giant Spiders. :)

You always get worked up when anyone speaks bad about your glorified colorbot.

It's quite amusing how hard you'll defend it, even though algorithms used for random human like movement are probably as effective as the unique user bullshit.

I defend it when people make statements about it or related to it that are flat-out wrong or inaccurate. 99% of the time, the people making these statements have little to no experience with the product, meaning anything they say about it is based on assumptions, and ignorance. And we all know that assume makes an Ass of U and Me.

Adam, for example, graduated with a degree in Network Engineering and Computer Technologies (basically Computer Science, but much broader). He's been programming for over half of his life, and is able to script and program on almost any platform or language. He's been writing complex SCAR scripts since before Simba even existed, and his own bots for Tibia before Runescape even existed. He wrote his own fully AIO ZMI RCing script with SCAR before RiD was even released. He's written many private injection/reflection scripts for people, and he has never been banned using his own SCAR scripts. He will tell you that mouse movement algorithms from Simba, or even SCAR will not pass as human under manual investigation, (and now BotWatch, when it is fully activated). Adam is an extremely capable and talented programmer, and even Adam will admit that RiD is a 100x better programmer than he is. After all, there IS a reason that Jagex offered RiD a job after his 2nd interview for his knowledge in graphics and programming... over 7 years ago. It's not outrageous that a graduate with a degree in Computer Science & Mathematics is capable of producing a bot as advanced as his.. especially with all of the experience and knowledge he has with both programming and graphics. Hmmm.... what bot program/script is more likely to be of higher quality and safer, one scripted by a teenager or early college student, or someone who has graduated with a degree focusing on these kinds of skills with over 10 years of professional experience (I'm talking real world programming, as he has a real job, making bots is just a side hobby)?

It doesn't even matter if the mouse algorithm is random about its paths or click coordinates. Anyone who doesn't already do that is a derp at programming and is many many years behind the game in terms of bot detection. Even if it takes a different path, even if it clicks a random location every time, the algorithm overall is still the same. Especially with Jagex's new BotWatch system it is not difficult to track each click, and each movement, and over time collect the data and look for similarities. Within enough time it is not difficult to identify the algorithm, or a general range of the algorithm. When they have evidence that the mouse is following the algorithm over extended periods of time, they can determine that you are using a bot and ban you. This process is even easier if multiple accounts are using the same algorithms for mouse movements, because it gives them more data and allows them to compare similarities between accounts, and the similarities are too great, they can ban multiple accounts.

RiD starts off with 3 different Mouse types: Touchpad (like a laptop), Infrared Mouse (Normal mouse with the infrared sensors on the bottom), and Gaming Mouse (mimics behavior of the use of a Gaming Mouse). Each user can decide which type they wish to use every time they run their bot. So that means, even without unique styles, if you have 3 people using the same bot, each using a different option, Jagex could look at them and not tell they are the same program because the mouse moves completely differently. Now, this is where unique styles come in and mix it up a bit.

    To quote RiD's explanation:
It's intensely difficult to detect and identify bots that act completely different from each other despite using the same program. It's pretty easy for Jagex to tell if someone is a bot when there are many users using the same one and they can compare and match behavior and movements.

You use words like "probably" which is an assumption, and assumptions in programming are what get you banned. You don't seem to have much knowledge on detection systems and what Jagex has as possible tools, or what they are capable of using these different programming languages and a massive dev team. That kind of shit comes from experience, and RiD has helluva lot of that, enough that Jagex wanted to hire him over 7 years ago... and now is over 7 years of experience later. And considering I hear shit from ICU J Mods every once in awhile, I know quite a bit.

It's funny because when i use the same bots those guys use for over 12 hours a day/7 days a week I don't get banned. Guidelinnes right?

Obviously you don't even begin to understand how Jagex bans.

Let me give you an example as to why your logic is flawed:

I used to run a goldfarming operating. I had over a dozen accounts running at once. One of these accounts reached 85 farming @ 2.5k exp an hour at Sorc Garden. If you do the math, that's over 1300 hours botted JUST on that account alone at Sorc Garden. I ran it for 12-24 hours a day, often-times clocking over 72 hour proggies (My best one was 100+ hours). Running all of my accounts in different worlds, one day I was sitting at the computer, chit chatting with people and watching the bots run. As I was watching, I witnessed one of my accounts get banned right in front of me. I didn't think anything of it, and was just like oh well, I'll make more/buy more later, nbd. Then, within a matter of minutes, another account was banned... and then another... and another... until they had wiped out half of my fleet in front of my eyes. I knew they were picking each one off one by one, so I quickly turned off the remaining half. I waited a day before even logging back into the remaining accounts. ALL of the accounts that I turned off remained untouched by Jagex. This essentially means that Jagex was banning each account after checking each one specifically and going through the records and such. If they had recorded information about the other accounts I turned off, they would have been banned too, regardless of whether or not I turned them off. Essentially, they manually went through my play-time history, which made it obvious the accounts were not human, and picked them off one by one. That 85 farming account was one of the ones I turned off, and still to this day, it has no macro offenses.

    TL;DR

Excessive daily play-time does not =/= automatic ban
    Excessive daily play-time + J Mod investigation = ban

Jagex obviously does not have the capabilities to manually check every one of the 80,000+ accounts logged in at any time to see and catch everyone botting excessively. Jagex will investigate an account when they are given enough information or reason to, or if they are in-game (usually invisible) and they spot your account. It's not an automated process... at least not right now, nor in the past.

Also, the high majority of RiD users are Guideline Breakers or Suicide botters, yet you don't see all of them banned either. It's a matter of being manually investigated while having a recent history of excessive gameplay

There's been no tests done that YOU are aware of. I know for a fact that there has been tests testing this kind of thing in the past and most likely will have more in the future. Just because you're not aware of these tests does not mean that they do not exist and have not happened. Do you really think that a professional Java programmer would release a product without excessively testing it so that it meets the standards it is aiming for?

Trent, you may have been told things or experienced certain things, but I can say that in 4 years I have never had an account banned using injection/reflection. I was also goldfarming.

Powerbot is the safest bot to use in terms of blackhat. Also, it is very smart to not bot over 6 hours and to take frequent breaks because you don't want to risk being caught by the botwatch system tbh...

All bots have had bans honestly it usually is a script issue that results in bans which is where RiD excels because of the heavily regulated (and as a result small) script depository. powerbot, epic bot, RiD (is being outright TARGETED as of late), and even simba have all had bans lately. Generally speaking color bots are the safest so scar or simba and RiD would be the safer bets. Its a risky time to be botting, personally i stopped altogether noting that this recent update was called a "botwatch" not a botnuke.... i honestly think the worst has yet to come

EDIT: If you wantto learn about Rid ask trent hes the resident fanboy and jumps at the chance to ever post walls of text about his beloved RiD obviously

Using Epicbot (Injection) and went from 32-99 Firemaking, with playing hours of 8-10 hours per day. Not banned and don't know anyone that is, except for the exploding advertisers.

What kind of results are you looking for? The only kind you'll find is a simple banned, not banned scenario over longterm testing.

That, and knowing J Mods helps a lot.

Honestly, I don't care if you are going to remain stubborn and irrational and believe me to be a liar, despite the fact that I am not. I am telling the truth from the experience I've gathered over the years and knowledge I've gained. I've tried out most bots, and often-times spoken with their admins or owners at length to gain a better understanding of them. I am an ex-mod at RiD, so I was inside the mod lounge every day, able to speak directly with RiD to hear his input on certain situations or topics. He was able to give me answers regarding a lot of the information I know about his sites and his bots. I'm also in touch with a few J Mods, so they have a nice input too on things from their end.

So, like I said, I don't care if you want to be irrational and think I'm a liar, just do it in such a way where you don't talk about shit you know nothing about.
