Log on with unsigned java. It should do something to it and then trade. That's what I did for trades and multi-accounting. Not banned once.

well here some ideas:
1.Stake and lose (to more realsistish, ask ur buyer stake junk).
2.Drop trade.
3.Die in wild.
4.Let NPC kill u
