Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!:

His alternative has been accused of scamming therefore he created this account to continue his business.

The threads are the same layout, the title of each thread are the same layout and they both have the same date of joining Sythe. Their current 07 stock is the same and so are their rates for selling/buying gold.

 

Have their accounts interacted at all? Nothing really against rules of having two accounts (unless one is banned of course)
