for me it's actually Metallica - The Unnamed Feeling
not because it's a sad song in the lyrics and stuff. but because of the way it makes me think. nearly a year ago now (when i was just getting into metal) one of my best mates that i had know since i was 4 got bashed to death at a party. i couldn't get it out of my head. it was all consuming. so i turned to music. Two songs that really stuck out to me were St.Anger and the Unnamed Feeling by Metallica. basically St. Anger represents my anger towards it all and Then Unnammed Feeling is my sadness over it. too this day St. Anger is still my favorite song ever. i've listened to it around 300 times and it will stay with me forever. RIP Matt Stanley. he was only 15...
