Pretty sure you can report him as well and he'll get at least a TWC given the fact that he's bragging about stealing something and not paying for it (quite frowned upon here). Don't quote me on that as i'm not entirely sure since it's kind of an odd situation but I still suggest reporting him, I believe if you check his skype profile name (right click, view profile), he will be: http://www.sythe.org/members/441796-reason.html
