I was given a copy of the guide to review and can say that it works perfectly. I will rate it a 10/10 purely based on the profit you are able to make. It is simple but also relatively unknown - there are only a few required quests and a starting cash pile necessary if you want to maximize your profits.

Currently, following this guide will net you anywhere from 2-2.5M/hr depending on how efficient/focused you are. Also, because of the nature of this method, I expect that it will always return a minimum of 1-1.5M/hr, even taking into account drastic price fluctuations. Nothing much more to say, great method and lives up to everything described in the OP

 

Could a fairly simple script be written for this method? or would you say it is too complex?

If you say that this method is easy to guess if you'd just say the 2 quests needed for this method, I would guess that this is a known method and is not allowed. I would check in with a mod to double check.

No they would not know it. It is pretty un known as you would not just think of it.
