Ryan telling me he has recovered the account: recovered
Proof it was him who recovered the account: Pic1. It's the same email when attempting to recover it as it was this morning. It hasn't changed, even after he finally "recovered" the account. It's pretty obvious it was him who recovered it.


I'd like a refund for the account. He's saying he'll refund me, but has decided to ghost me.

 

The UID 268720335237414912 is a match.

@King He's stated that he does not plan on refunding and does not plan on giving the account back even after recovering it. He has said he plans to resell the account on sythe, and then refund me after he's sold the account. Makes 0 sense. Just ban him.
