Other Info: Contacted him on skype to do some GFX and we decided on a design as well as price. I paid him 50% of the price before it was started and he said he would get it done. I messaged him the next day and he didn't respond. It has been roughly 6 days now and I haven't heard anything from him. I would like my money back, and I'm kinda pissed that I wasted time waiting for him.

If you need more info please let me know. I screenied our skype convo, his skype profile, and a picture of my paypal where I sent the money.
