If u dont pop the balloons will u lose your rune plate?

 

Imo there is too many balloons and you will lose like half drops

 

I dont think this method is slow, it should take about a minute to get 50k right? so u can get about a mill in 30 mins

 

Well I cant say this guide isn't brilliant. The idea works I tried with rune platelegs today and then someone comes in when I pop balloons and they get my rune platelegs...it works but I would do it during the night time with not many people in the world.

 

Besides the BH method, this is the only way we have to RWT. It's also fairly undetectable, and I really can't see Jagex taking away low drop parties or announcing <50k across Runescape.

I need someone to test this, for the good of the community: If you pop the balloon of something worth more then 3k and leave it on the ground, will it appear to others in the party room?

If so, RWTing will be even easier. The seller can help the buyer find the item, and if he finds it he can leave it on the ground and tell the buyer where it is

 

If you don't get to the balloon with the item in time they disappear and with two people it's hard to find it, also it's pretty slow to RWT like this. So I wouldn't try this.

 

Does anybody know how long you have before the balloons begin to disappear?

 

Balloons start to disappear after two minutes.

Each person can pop approximately one balloon per two seconds, making it a total of 60 balloons per person in two minutes, plus at least another 20 before they all disappear.

If the seller helps pop the balloons, they can pop around 160 balloons, giving an approximately 80% chance of success.

Personally I do not believe the items are already put in the balloons, I think it's a random chance after you pop the balloon.

Could someone make an auto-door-closer script? That would be useful as well as hilarious at a big drop party.

 

Well you can only close the door like 7 times before it says the door is stuck.

No the items don't dissapear with the ballons going. Since I have done this long ago I confirm that, some of the items may appear afterwards and sometimes the items go back to the cheat in the "Ready to be dropped" section, so you only need to do ballon again just insert something else with it so you can get more cash( like if you have rune pl8legs then put in another pair it will make the trip quicker ). But noobs are just waiting for this to happen when I first tried this like 5 days after the trade limit noone appeared but now noobs are just out there seeing when it will start.

 

Interesting, so if you miss the balloon with the pl8 in it you can just pull th lever again?

barring n00bs, this would make this the safest method of RWT so far.

 

Just verifying, this and BH aren't the only methods

 

How about telling me.

 

He's talking about the item price glitches, but for one you have to be a member and even then getting a broken dragon axe takes a crapload of time.

There will always be other methods, but I believe this is one of the easiest and safest so far.
