Rwt reset

So I recently purchased a decent amount of gp. Around 700m. Logged into the account to do some slayer. Logged out for maybe 5 minutes. Attempted to get back in and the account was locked. Unlocked it and when I got on literally my entire wealth was gone. High value items, some stacks of cheaper things, and all the cash. Do you think jagex reset my wealth? I didn’t get any notifications or anything. Scanned my computer and nothing malicious

 

Sounds like someone logged on while you were offline and took all your items.

The lock is an indication of that because your account typically locks when there is an unknown IP address that has logged into your account.

I recommend changing your password and putting 2FA to prevent this in the future.

 

what’s crazy, is I already have a 2FA on the account. I was in a weird slayer location and I logged back on and I was in the exact same spot. It still showed me logging in 4 hours prior which was correct. Unless somebody logged on right after I got off

 

Quite strange.

Jagex would only take action if you got temporarily banned though.

 

If you're not lying, your account has been hacked. Clean your PC thoroughly.
