Rwt question (need help)

I wanted to buy a GSH. I have an alt that I've recently used. I was thinking of doing it through trade. And have some dialigue of me like "bro is this a joke?" And then when the seller clicks accept the second time, I'll say. "Stop playing..." and then click accept.

I'll ask the seller to say hes "taking a long break and wanted to make someone's day."


I was gonna keep the hat on the account for a few days(assuming I don't get banned) and then trade it to my main after like 3 days? I really don't want my main to get banned. Even if they banned my alt that has the hat, my main account should be fine if I didn't trade it to my main, despite being on the same IP as the banned alt?


I've never done this before lol.

Honestly, I think it would be better to just trade to your main. I think your alt has more of a chance getting banned than your main because it is an alt account. I'm sure you can say all the dialogue but I don't think they see that. I honestly would just trade him a few items for his green santa hat on the main and then just leave it at that. Don't buy any gold or any of that for a while.

 

I appreciate the insight. I have members and I've bought keys on the alt. I've had the alt for months. I just started training it again this week. I really don't want loose my main man. Like I started it during the pandemic and my account is what an average account looks like after 15 years lol.

Combat skills in high 70s. Other skills are minimum lol 29 because of celebration lamps lmao


Edit: I'm also scared the person who's selling the items accounts flagged which is what gonna get my main banned if I did it that way

 

I understand bro but its the risk you take with this type of stuff. It is all up to you. You can trade it to your alt and just hold it on there for a few days/weeks and if nothing happened then you can trade it to your main.

I traded it to my alt. I traded a few Xmas tokens to the guy. They're all shit anyway lol but looks better.

I'm gonna trade it to my main probably this weekend.


Soon might get either coins or a zgs. I feel like items is less sketchy

 

I would suggest turning the GP into items. Just note, people on here have said that Jagex has taken their RWT GP and the items they bought with that GP. Again, that's what others have said and I don't know the validity on it

Trade plain and easy
Safest way of doing things

 

Also, From what i know.. If an acc is flagged for rwt it might be weeks/month before its actually banned because a mod has to manually apply the rwt ban meaning it might be flagged for a while before it happens. But for that amount of GP i think you should be fine.
