Rwt Bans in RS

in the old days rwters were caught because a lvl 3 would give you mils for nothing in return, they cant catch you now via trade, unless multy logged or such

 

I have upgraded my yellow to green and green to red through ClassicPKer and haven't been banned.

 

there's no way of proving any of it. I have traded fury kits, pumpkins, disks, a couple of partyhats. Unless you talk about real world trading on rs, that your doing it. Then your not going to get banned.

 

It's fairly uncommon, unless you go around advertising your RWT links.

Are you talking about buying something for mid price like a phat and then selling it with your junk?

Or were you making a point that GE Merching would = RWT if buying rares mid = RWT?

 

I mean Buy low in GE and then sell high after that, that's what i heard from my friends. But that method you suggest also called fei method.

 

No chance, what you described is *flipping*, one of the most common things to do as a merchant. There is a zero percent chance you can be banned for doing that.

 

No, RWT ban is possible but it would be really hard to get noticed, cause there are many kind of gold transfer methods.
Account RWT I'm not sure i haven't heard much of it.

 

It doesn't happened anymore because of how hard it is to detect. How do they know which phat trades are legit or not?

 

Well I plan on buying a couple Phats for mid. Maybe multiple in 1 day. Would that be strange? I wouldn't like to risk it tbh

 

His point was, theres no other way to purchase a phat except for mid price. I do it in game all the time with my friends. And they cant ban for that, because if they do then they are agreeing that the price the GE says is not the real price, and they wont be doing that any time soon.

Almost impossible to detect nowadays, no chance of getting banned when selling rares, unless the person your trading with works for jagex?... HAHA

Yes that's reasonable. I'm mostly interested in rare trades though, not into GP Transfer as the IPs are inconsistent + your bank get's an irregular amount of GP.

Seems that no one has been banned for trading rares - good!

 

Never heard of people getting banned for it.
