RWT banning EoC

A couple years back, i bought 200m, knowing that RWT banning was almost non existent at the time. I just bought another 80m today, didnt stake it or anything, just a straight up trade. i was wondering what the RWT banning rates are looking like lately?

 

You won't get banned from this because 80M in EOC is like nothing and it could be just a "friend" giving it to you.

 

But the player wasn't even added on my friends list. it was a random level 13, lol.

 

The possibility to be banned is always there, no matter EoC or 07. Although, I believe the ban rates are a lot higher on 07 due to the fact that they are trying to keep the economy stable.

It would be unlikely that you would get banned for an 80m buy, but it really depends on who you are buying it from. Asians carry a higher ban rate. You will minimize your risk of being banned if you trade at a time when Jagex employees are unlikely to be on, say, 3 am on a Sunday morning.

 

Realistically it's highly unlikely for you to be banned for purchasing RSGP. Sellers are targeted by Jagex, not buyers.
