Although many dont think Pc is good, it can really be great xp depending on how much ingame damage you do and etc. I can Guarantee ATLEAST 250 pc points a day.

To maximize your xp if you are melee training have str pots(but in order for that to work i would need to get into bank to get pots as i finish points unless you want to do for me and i'll just msn you when needed).

I pc'ed my black knight(10def pure) to 99str with regular str pots doing over 1,000 zeal a game EASILY which is like 2000 ingame xp to the melee stat your training(i maybe off i havent had to pc in a while now).

What to supply: Dragon Dagger or other weapon with special, Dragon scim or other weapon with good strength bonus that is fast for regular hits, armor(is not necessary but would be nice to have atleast rune/initiate/Dhide

I only do points in increments of 100(unless u want Void piece). I will do 1 job at a time so first come first serve and then i'll start a waiting list.
