    Running Track in College

Okay so i just graduated and have only ran track for one year (my senior year) However I LOVED IT it was so fun and competitive. My high school track coach asked me to run track after seeing how fast I was on the football field. So I said hey, why not give it a try. So I went to practice when the season rolled around, we timed my 40 meter dash, my 100, and my 200.
    The coach was pleased.
    Times:
    40 --- 4.5 Seconds
    100 --- 11.5 Seconds
    200 ---- 24.20 Seconds.

I quickly was put on the 4x100 and the 4x200 meter relay teams.
We could have went to state but I pulled my hamstring 2 days before regionals [We placed 2nd in districts. with a time of 44.2 Seconds on the 4x100. the 4x200 fell a bit short.

So i'm wondering, what are my chances in walking on at a D2 college? Such as Moorehead State University or some where? Give me some suggestions.

Your chances are pretty good to walk on! I'm currently walking onto a Division 1 school for Track and Cross Country.

I googled Moorehead State and their best times from 2011 can be seen here.
Your times are right up there at the top and you will surely improve once you transition from high school track to collegiate track.
Also check out http://www.athletic.net/TrackAndField/College/ for other times you might be racing against.

Let me know if you need anymore tips or anything,

You have a chance, but, don't expect to get a scholarship since that's already done beforehand.

Sometimes if a coach is interest, they'll give you a merit based scholarship even if your grades are kind of bad.
