Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: Hello again!
This is my second appeal as my first didn't get across the regret of my actions (and I didn't format it correctly and forgot to do both reports in one appeal).

After speaking with staff on the side, Zora specifically, I understand that I had left some things out. While I appreciate the consideration of the last appeal and the feedback I received I will once again try to convince you that I'm ready to rejoin the market in a more constructive manner.

As for the report for my "Xmas Scythe" situation I realize how that situation blew exponentially out of proportion due to my pride to take responsibility. No matter the situation I should follow the generally good trading practices we see in the community as well as Sythes own rules, which I have re-familiarized myself with. Over the time since the ban/TWC have occurred I have amassed vouches for trades worth large amounts in RS3/07/Crypto while continuing to improve on my own communication skills. Hence why I reached out to old friends (such as @Achilles#9999OSRS who I had not talked to for over 3 months over arguments but am now close to again) to mend relationships hurt by my actions. I'm well aware that previous comments and actions can't be taken back however, as cliché as it sounds, I have grown and changed in the time since. This situation has cost the trust of the community and I have worked hard to regain it. My fellow name traders would vouch that I have done trades hundreds of times more valuable than the Scythe 200m rs3 report that was caused by pride, and pride alone. It was never my intention to scam him but I was too proud to back down and see where I was wrong.

As for the name leaking there isn't much to say except an apology and a promise that I'll do better. What can be seen as a simple chat can compromise others security and I have a much more intimate understanding of how that can affect the community as my names have changed and grown. I have talked to Achilles concerning the report Nemesis Leaking Names and he's agreed that there are no hard feeling here and that sometimes we leak information we shouldn't. We're human, we learn from mistakes. As for the case of the other dispute Sexd/Nemesis harmful/toxic/Leaking RSN to the Sythe Community, I reached out with an apology but have received no response yet. But still, my actions had consequences and I understand that. I can confidently say I've learned my lesson and will do better to be more clear with those I talk to, keep others trust, and their information private.

I know this is long winded, so thank you for taking the time as I have thought about this a lot the past two months. I hope you'll see my changes for the better and allow me to continue on Sythe without the weight of a TWC weighing on every trade.
