Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
We had a strong wave of covid last year. Myself and the trainers which i know some in real life where directly affected and the services took a hard hit. Delaying orders for weeks and sadly months in this case.
After that I had my discord targeted by competition and it was taken down multiple times and since my server was banned I lost the control for my all orders and tickets for a while until I got each of them sorted, all while I was overcoming the covid. Honestly GrandXE wasnt the only one affected by my server getting shut down over 4 times, i worked many days and night to put the server back up and contacting every single one our clients at the time.
I apologize to all people affected, i wish i could have helped anyone at that time a bit more and prepared for this situation and more possibilities better, discord was my only mean of contact for services. I will do my absolute best to prepare for this situations because i need to be better for the community and our clientes that always trusted me.
