    Explanation of the trade:
    Title: Scamming / Fake Transaction Link – Payment Not Received


    Report:


    I traded with this user where I gave him 1050m 07 (OSRS GP) and he was supposed to send me the payment in return.


    However, instead of sending a real payment, he provided me with a fake/wrong blockchain transaction link to make it look like the payment was sent. I initially believed the payment had been completed, but after checking the transaction properly, I realized that no funds were actually received on my address.


    This appears to be an attempt to mislead and scam by providing false proof of payment.

    Then, please also provide chat logs, e.g., a ticket transcript, or screenshots of your DMs.
    Please make sure it includes the matter of the trade, the part where you provide the other party with your payment details, such as cryptocurrency and network.

    Please also provide a screenshot of this, and include the link too.

    @Prince ENTERPRISES will post the evidence requested. However, I reviewed it and re-uploaded for staff from the broken links that @Prince ENTERPRISES posted & deleted above.

    I reviewed the DM and the transaction link.
    It appears as if a fake USDT token has been sent instead of genuine USDT.
    I will therefore DNT @RuneWealth x in the meantime pending the report.

    @RuneWealth x, I may ask you a specific question later once everything is posted. In the meantime, please feel free to defend yourself.

    hello sir, so i sold somone x amount of 07 gold. Since i'm new crypto user. Didnt notice that the funds was fake. I apologize. First thing.
    I have got ride of the fake balance in my wallet. I will be more caution with my next sells.
    I didnt knew that the buyer sended me a fake currency. So i used them as a payment to buy gold i had no idea that its a fake currency.
    But now i know i also know how to check if it fake or real.
    I had refunded @Prince ENTERPRISES the full amount.
    I will be more caution in my next trades.

    Thank you. Please allow me to clarify; You claimed that you sold someone 07 gold and he sent you the fake token. Are you able to provide evidence of this transaction? Understand transcript, screenshots.

    If you were scammed, it would be helpful if you opened a proper report with the required evidence, as it could potentially help you with @Prince ENTERPRISES's report on you.

    You sent someone a fake USDT token. It is in your best interest to provide as much information to support your story as possible.

    I received the 1050m back from him as a refund. Those were the same funds that I had previously traded to him. At his request, I also sent him screenshots of my complete wallet transaction history through dm as evidence.


    Also At the same time, as @black Blasses advised, you should file a proper report against the person who sent you the fake payment and provide the staff with all available evidence. @RuneWealth x You should show where the payment came from and who sent it to you before you forwarded it to me. Also, as you mentioned, there was a second transaction that you sent to someone else, so any evidence related to that should be provided as well.

    You are able to get a UID from your bot/transcript
    You are able to report someone without knowing his Sythe username.

    If you fell victim to a crypto scam involving fake tokens, I highly recommend opening a report.
    I will reiterate that you sent someone fake tokens and only refunded him when he filed a report.
    I would like to believe that this was due to your lack of knowledge, but you are not making it easy for me.
    Whether or not you open a report, please DM me the ticket transcripts with the person who sent you the fake tokens.

    There is also a different report involving you - Goldstakeshop scammed me. Buying rsps gold.
    Again, I would like to believe that you were simply the victim of an MITM scam.
    However, I don't understand why you haven't filed a report yet.
    Someone charged back a PayPal payment, possibly in an attempt to scam you.

    I'm shocked by your lack of action and honestly have a hard time understanding it.
