Runescapes 2008 Easter Event [Now Open]

It seems that the problem-prone Easter Bunny is once again experiencing difficulties. He's spent so much time redecorating his warren that he hasn't noticed critters burrowing in and devouring his entire chocolate stockpile.

Now, devoid of cocoa stocks, the chocolate egg production has ground to a halt and the forecast for Easter celebrations looks bleak. No need to worry, though - the Easter Bunny is an inventive sort, and has come up with an eggs-emplary new idea: use a chocatrice! These fearsome creatures, incubated from a chocolate-coated cockatrice egg, can turn their targets into chocolate with one lethal, chocifying gaze.

It falls to you, then, to create this curious creature. You'll need to track down some of the lost chocolate to make a chocatrice egg and then carefully incubate it. The critters who ate the chocolate supply are sealed in the Easter Bunny's tunnels and will prove a suitable target for your chocatrice.

So, this Easter, you will come to the aid of chocolate lovers everywhere, incubating your own chocatrice, guiding it around the Easter Bunny's tunnels and turning the greedy rats into something altogether more delicious...



Where To Go:
Investigate the rabbit hole, between Falador's southern gate and the Rimmington mine.

I can't freaking add the chocolate to the mixer. Has anyone gotten this far that is willing to help me? When I try and add it says " You are not collecting chocolate for the Easter Bunny. Go talk with the Easter Bunny." I talk with him and he says he's bust making eggs talk to him later. I try making eggs and I can't because I hatched one already. And I try talking to the Easter Bunny later and he says same shit. Please help me!

Here are the locations of the three eggs you need to find for anyone really lazy.

NOTE: The following information may spoil the enjoyment of the event for some - only look if you are really stuck or just want to get it done quickly.

* Port Serim - on the ship that sails to Karamja
* Draynor - near the entrance to Draynor coming from the West
* Falador - on the statue NORTH of falador coming from Barbarian village

This event was great since it was my first ever event. I was stuck in the wall and got booted off game by a jagex moderator then I logged in and finished the event. Rewards are great bunny hop emote, cape with a cool emote, and extra items you could of got were the three chocolate eggs from the easter bunny you could eat them or save them.

I think you can keep getting chocolate eggs from the easter bunny, one for each 6 chocolate shards you bring him.

I believe you can keep them after the event is over, but they're nontradable.
Personally, I'm going to stock up on 'em, however, because they could make my accounts worth more in the future.

You sure? I've gotten chocolate easter eggs before; for other easter events, and they always dissapear.
