I was considering buying some rsgp, I have a account that has never been member. Will I be able to trade the gp?

 

If account is old (pre 2012) you shouldnt have trade limit

if it does have a trade limit, you should be able to recieve gp still.

You can receive the gp, you just can't trade it off without buying membership if it is a new account. You can receive the GP and buy a bond for ~7m, then you can trade the remainder to another account.
