Are there any active and updated scripts/bots out there for RS3 anymore?

Yeah I'm not sure. I've seen some people suggest RuneMate and EpicBot, but they seem very dated.

I'm wondering the same, I found this: Botting.rs - Open Source Runescape Bots, but seems kinda shady so idk

It's not shady I use it personally. works fantastic

I though rs3 scripts are not avaible atm, i heard of people that they were using AHK application on pc.

Yes, RS3 can still be botted. Check out Villavu/SRL. Shameless plug; pm me for custom script writing.
Fair warning, Villavu is a strong anti-leech community. You need to contribute (not monetarily) in order to get the best scripts.
