Runescape Private Server in Visual Basic 2005

I am trying to make a private server for runescape in visual basic 2005, but i do not know even where to start. If someone could give me the code to do that, or tell me what do do, your help will be appreciated!!!

If your making a server to have people play on then server look for a "server source"

If you need a client (program with webbrrowser element) then search online for it

If you need a client (java) find a post where a person is making for free!

 

Well i am just making a server for myself, nobody else, and i want it to be an exact duplicate of runescape that is in visual basic 2005 express. does any1 no how to create one that does just that? Oh, and one more thing. Is it possible to get members on my private server without having to pay money?

Look for a server source on the forums and download it...
You need the java jdk i think :s
So search for a guide to add the npcs (Shop keepers, monsters, etc...)

And no you dont need to pay money to have members on private servers

 

I have made a client in VB 6. but I had used a .jar and basically used that "Steal RS" method, for a web client. You can not make a server from VB. that is not possible. You could make a game similar to it, but it does not sound like you are very familiar with VB, I am not my self... and personally would not attempt that.

lol- i really am not familiar with visual basic- i only no how to do the basics- declare variables/constants, If/Thens, Select Case, etc

 

I saw your other post, it wont be done in C++ either
