These prices are outrageous for the RAM that you're offering. How much DDoS protection can you even provide? What type of visualization are you offering? You should include the issue of swap and burst RAM if you're going to be hosting an RSPS. What is the speed of your connections?

Alright. Now you showed better information on this. The price is still a little bit high, but what type of virtualization do you use? Is there swap or burst ram? What is the speed of the connection? Also I would HIGHLY recommend a WHMCS website.
