    This kids uploaded his file so he can make cash for people downloading his file, supposingly 0.4$ per download.

    I'm not too sure about a .pdf being a virus, but might have been binded i'm not sure.

    I will post a scan Report from virustotal

    Adf.ly (ad fly)
    is a Website that offers Link Shortening and gives me $1 per 2000 Clicks.
    the Website the File is uploaded to is Share-Cash which gives me some money every time the file is downloaded.
