guthans + peity as a tank at bandos will last you alot longer.

he doesnt have much of a cash stack, if you really want to get 2k12, get turm/SS uni and torva, i've been able to tank for a 6 man team for over 100 KC with just guthans.

 

Hey Delta, as I'm revising for exams atm and don't have any time for RS I've been considering investing my 100-170m or so in a rare such as a santa. But after looking on the ge the santa hat appears to have decreased consistently over 180 days. Any ideas if I should invest the money for a month or two, if so what in? Thanks.

 

Because guthans is pretty terrible, and in a 6 man team, soul split/unicorn should be more than enough.

Plus, it doesn't matter how long you can stay, it matters how many kills/hour you get. Especially at bandos where it takes 5 minutes to get killcount, you're better off using a real weapon instead of guthans.

That aside, his stats are shit. Don't bother trying to boss and certainly don't try bandos.

 

logically speaking, investing into a rare is suppose to be a shoo-in for getting a profit over time, but factors such as game popularity, gold prices etc, can help ruin a good investment, but things i can say do is get it if you feel like its worth a shot, i personally have a few rares i'm waiting for to go back up so i can dump them.

 

guthans is acc pretty good for his current stats, and bank, also.. guthans isn't the only weapon i said to bring i suggested a chaotic aswell, guthans for a tank who doesnt have super great stats, or a large cash stack is perfect.

also you keep suggesting other stuff, but you acctaully don't state "What" what weapon then? and what armour? just saying don't use guthans use something else, really isn't very helpful to him.

 

Don't do bandos on a lvl 100 lol, you will struggle to get a few kills and then you get crashed by a level 138.

Therefore, there's no need to suggest him gear, because he really should not attempt bandos. If he really wanted, whip/chaotic and barrows armour.

Got a speedy method for effigys now? ._. they got nerfed hard

The only "speedy" method of opening effigies is to join an effigy friends chat, like "fast effigy."

Because of the lack of effigies in the game, high leveled players are no longer getting their 2 assists per day with ease. They are now fighting over those remaining with effigies, and so these FC's have become incredibly useful for getting effigies open.

Wow WTF..... I honestly read the words "opening effigies" when I skimmed through this thread earlier, or else I wouldn't have even posted.

 

Yeah I've done bandos. And I imagine that the monsters that were good effigy droppers before the nerf would still be the best today, although effigies aren't worth hunting for as a training method anymore.

 

Whats the best way to afk castle wars without logging out or forgetting you'r playing the game haha Im going for zammy halo and i tend to forget im in the game and it logs me out, and i hate wasting time on minigames

 

You can use an autoclicker or a mouse recorder to just juggle the mouse so you stay logged in. That's what I usually did for bugs where I had to afk for like 3 hours >_< Or if it's not your active window/are using mouse, just make a small antilogout bot in a bot client.

and @99pray i never tried to afk castle wars, might be able to hire someone trusted to program you a little bot to get you outside of the spawn area with some antiban measures.
