Runescape in 10 years?

Where did you read this? I doubt he would leave Runescaoe he makes millions a month from it.

All I know is that rs is rapidly getting worse and will probably get worse as time goes on..

i agree. Rs will eventually close some day, people like us will find new ways to rwt and jagex get screwed.

 

in 10 years time jagex will either switch to mechscape and pay not as much attention to rs.
or
sell runescape to another company
or
they will make better graphics, item, quests and all this other things

 

RS only seems bad to older players like us

but to the new players they dont know the old RS we played

 

in 10 years memberships gonna be $50 a month and better graphics

 

in 10 Years, i think it will be dead and people will have moved on.

 

If somone buys runescape how hell are they going to know what to do if they want wildy back?

 

I seriously do not think Runescape will survive 5-10 years continuing on the path they are going on now.

 

in 10 years I hope jagex stats using c/c++ instead of java, the scripting for highschool students

who gives a fuck? in ten years time you should have moved on from this game, grown up, git a job, and possibly started a family. fucking a. people make me sad sometimes >:X

 

Maybe if he sells, the new company can bring back pking. If so, they would make much more money.

 

For the game overall, I would say they will keep updating it and trust me they won't close it. Runescape is a fortune. For in-game updates, I would say more graphics upd-ate, mmmm more quests, more items/armour/sword.. and may be they will remove Bounty hunter because of current rwters. OR know a way to catch rwters with wildy back and staking back.. Dunno how this could happen but nothin is impossible.

It can last, that's for sure. The old members who complain about it getting worse will eventually all leave, and new members will join, get addicted like most of us have and play for a couple of years or more and eventually quit, and the cycle will continue. Unless a revolutionary invention that wipes out all MMORPGs as we know them is introduced, as long as there is Runescape, there will be people playing Runescape.

 

Runescape being a steadily weaker game.

 

Oh how happy I will be the day runescape falls =D
