Hi I'm releasing my first app called Runescape Hook. It was coded in VB6 and is the first runescape related prog i've done that uses GetColorState

What is It?

Well, Runescape Hook is a program that requires no login details and the basic idea of it is to build and save your own scripts. The coolest thing about it is making your script is easy, fun and fast!

I just wanted to create an bot program that everyone could make there own scripts for and make it dummy proof! So enjoy!

It is quite buggy but it does work!

I will also be posting the sourcecode in the VB6 section in the next few days.

dont download i think it spy's on msn I had to reboot my computer cause this kept on comin up and i denyed it..

I was checking through system files today and it injected MSN with arbitrary code so it replaced msn on my computer. NICE JOB USING A SANTA HAT ICO MOTHER FUCKER.

Check In /system32/ if you downloading and ran this program@!
 
i knew it wasnt safe but someone please scan... i dont wanna take a chance cuz i just got a ton of viruses off my comp and i really want the program.

The original poster posting a scan means NOTHING. That's very easy to fake. I'll take a look at it and be back soon. Until then, don't download or run it.

This is the second time the opening poster put up a bogus bot/whatever.

Like the last one, the file modifies the Windows hosts file to redirect connections to Runescape to this IP:

http://74.50.7.248/

The site USED to have Runescape login/password entries, and of course if you entered them there, you'd lose your account to the wannage hacker.

The last time this stupid ass did this, I posted here first, then went to the hosting provider (Lunar Pages). By the time I got to LunarPages, he'd removed the link and replaced it with a Runescape "Site down" link.

This time, I went to Lunar Pages first. They looked at this thread, downloaded the program, analyzed it, and, as you can see if you click on the above link, disabled the account and put out a warning.

While pricks like this one will keep trying to steal your account, others will be around to try to stop him. The safest way to handle it is to simply not download anything until a mod or trusted user has verified it.
