Since you have low vouchs I personally think there is no point in doing this.
First you need to get more known in the gold exchange area.
Then you need a stable customer base that you sell to via your threads in site.
When you start buying around 5b+ and selling 5B + in under 2 weeks or so then I suggest you starting your own website. But for now I suggest you stick to making a thread and buying/selling from it.

I don't know what too many people would be willing to do the surveys though :\ surveys are extremely boring

If you make like 200k/h by doing surveys, the majority of people who would be willing to do it are 'noobs', so people who aren't on sythe and other runescape related sites yet, so how would you reach those people?

 

they are not all survey's you would earn for entering your emails and such clicking on sites.

it would bringin 5m+ ph they have easy things such as entering in your email and much much more easy things

 

5m+ per h and all free and not to hard should work well imo.

and will have lots of offers one page email submits where you just enter your email in.
