I thought that if you haven't been logged into RSC in 6 months you cannot log on?

If you haven't logged in since 2003 don't get your hopes up. You had to log in RSC servers between August 2005 - February 2006 to have access.

No, they don't. If you have logged in from the time of August 3rd, 2005 - January 12th, 2006, then you have a RSC account and nothing can altar it. No amount of time in between your last login can change that. The "6 month rule" applies ONLY to that period of August 3rd, 2005 - January 12th, 2006.

But remember it was p2p only at those times, so if you weren't members dont get your hopes up.

Actually, when you re-activate your RuneScape classic account if it logged in between the "6 month rule", and you don't log-in after 6 months of re-activation your account will be closed. Also, it was not p2p only at those times.

If you attempt to log into RS-Classic and haven't played since August 3rd then you will receive a login error message.

We've therefore decided the best way to stop the cheats just creating new accounts to cause trouble in RS-classic all over again, whilst still supporting the loyal players who have been playing RS-classic fairly for years, is to close RS-classic to new accounts. As such only accounts which have played RS-classic at least once in the last 6 months (since it went members only on August 3rd 2005) will be able to do so from now on. This allows the currently active players of RS-classic to continue playing, whilst keeping out the cheats trying to spoil it.

Also, I've had multiple RSC accounts with 300+ days last login. There have been people posting accounts with 1300 days last login.

1300 / 365 = 3.56 years

So 3.56 years = 6 months?

Honestly, don't post if you don't know what you're talking about. These accounts aren't "exceptions" to the rules. The rule is that if you've logged in at ANY point from August 3rd, 2005 - January 12th, 2006, YOU CAN ACCESS RSC. It has ALWAYS been like that, and always will.

Edit: I just realized you were the OP of this topic. Why are you telling me that you have to log in every 6 months when your account hadn't been logged into for 960 days? I'm pretty sure 960 days =/= 6 months.

Lol I just checked the 2 available RSC worlds left, one of the worlds had 0 players on, the other world had 1 player on.

I hate to say this, but I can see it happening.. RSC probably wont be around by the end of this year
