Probably not near the biggest, but Wildy Owns1 seems to be a pretty large-scale scammer in terms of scammers still present right now.

 

Not a name I expected anyone else here to know lol.

Anyways, something to think about: Although he isn't anywhere near Runescape's biggest scammer in terms of amount profited, he is currently one of the more well-known players right now:

B0aty AKA AImostfamous.

B0aty is actually an ex-imposter of gold ranked account "Almostfamous" from Dragon Dyce back in 2011, before B0aty gained popularity. He kept the name for quite some time, and as he gained fame, he changed his name since he didn't need to/wasn't able to imposter anymore using that name.

Haha blueyojoe , as dicky as he is I still love that guy, but him and famous baws are pretty big for scamming, and tbh blueyojoe has probably made between 50-100b which he bet away at ddyce, him and his partner in the 9 months they've done what they have, have easily made a few hundred bill combined...

He faked all his lures, the only thing he did was run a scamming gambling clan, and would scam and dodos people when they bought into his "luring clan".
