   This guy maybe works, but i don't think for long. Because there gonna too many people SPAM in rsforums and etc to be moderator, Jagex will just get suspicious and he will raise post count needed in forums, more reports under each rule and etc.. bad thing that you posted here, but anyways since its posted already enjoy.
