Runescape and AOL

Has any one else had an issue not receiving emails from jagex via AOL email provider?

I'v tried multiple times, and still nothing.....

been using the same email for the game since 09, and this is the first time ive ever had any issue.

i guess its not an issue as much as an inconvenience


and jagex support BLOWS

 

First of all, get off AOL. Is it the nostalgia factor? If not there's many better options.

Having said that I think Jagex has troubles with e-mail sending occasionally. I've noticed e-mails taking minutes to hours.

 

i cant get off it i cant reviece emails. THATS the problem, quit in 2012, been back for about a month now and and wen i went to update my info the emails never came through.

its been a week, and 4 requests.....

but yes im trying to get off aol. no worries bud
