Runerich Are Scammers - Beware

Last night I purchased 20m from RuneRich (small order, i know). The transaction went fine until I entered the live chat to finalize the order (arrange to receive gold), they told me they were out of stock, and at first told me they should restock in 1-2 hours which isn't too bad I guess, although i did ask whether a refund was possible because i had to go to bed and the staff member said tome that their paypal manager is on a business trip and they can't refund until monday (which i instantly knew was a lie)... but then this is where things go even more downhill...

they told me to add them on skype which i did and after around an hour and a half i asked the status of my gold in which the response i got was "not yet", so naturally i started getting a bit suspicious.
their reason was that most gold-sellers struggle when it comes to actually delivering the gold (why sell a product you don't have then?)

eventually i gave in and told them that i'd be going to bed and i would be back in around 10 hours in which they said they should have the gold by then (should)

upon waking up and returning to ask, the answer was still no.

after some questioning as to why they are taking so long to get the gold they stopped responding to my messages entirely.

...i also noticed that you're not viable for cashbacks in these situations after doing some research, only thee company you purchased the product/service from can refund you, which clearly isn't happening. (which explains why they didn't give a crap when i threatened to cashback) SO BE EXTRA CAUTIOUS WHEN BUYING GOLD FROM THESE SITES
