Runelite Plugins... Safe?

Are runelite plugins safe?
What are some of your experiences with rune light plug ins.
Also what do you reccomend on not getting banned by using plugins.

Yes RuneLite is safe it's approved by jagex

I feel like auto pray switches get banned, anything that makes too many actions in a tick
