Shorter version:
I made a withdrawal on the 9th of February worth 18.4968 LTC (slightly over 1500€). Last night, patiently waiting for almost an entire month, I created a support ticket on RuneHall's Discord server. Instead of solving the problem, they ignored my support ticket and banned my account on RuneHall. When trying to log in to my RuneHall account, the error message now says, "You are banned from this site
" with a smiley face. Everything indicates that RuneHall has scammed me.
Longer version:
RuneHall was recommended to me by one of their long-term members. He never had any problems with them, so he assumed it was safe for me to try it out, too. He never had to make any bigger withdrawals himself, though.
After creating the account on RuneHall, I didn't face any problems at first: the deposits were successful, bets went through, etc. The first problem occurred when I placed a bet that was tipped by a big local tipster on Blogabet (the biggest sports tipping platform). After logging in later that day, I realized that all of the bets were voided before the kick-off. A little later, I realized that RuneHall had forbidden me to bet on their site again (the maximum bet for any of the games was $0).
That being said, it didn't make sense for me to stay on this site anymore. Therefore, I made a withdrawal of 18.4968 LTC. I made a typo and saw that I had 0.18966 LTC still sitting on my account. I made a new request to withdraw the smaller amount, too. I now had two withdrawals pending. Both of them were made on the same day, on the 9th of February, almost a month ago.
The smaller withdrawal of 0.18966 LTC was confirmed within the first 15 minutes. It was successfully deposited to my crypto wallet. The bigger withdrawal of 18.4968 LTC was still pending yesterday, almost a month later. I never received it.
Having patiently waited for so long, I decided to learn how to contact the support. I ended up creating a Discord account. I created a ticket (#3854) and asked them when can I expect to receive my withdrawal. They hadn't responded to me by the morning. After trying to log in to my RuneHall account, I realized that my account was banned. The error message now said, "You are banned from this site
" with a smiley face. The account wasn't banned before creating the support ticket last night. This means, that instead of solving the problem, they decided to ignore my support ticket and ban my RuneHall account.
A few hours ago I warned its community that RuneHall had scammed me. Firstly, one of the admins (Pedro) said that I was "abusing sports bets", a minute later he deleted all of my messages and timed me out for a week. I created a new Discord account to inform the community that RuneHall had blocked my original account from their server. The admins were offline for a good 40 minutes and the info spread throughout the community, plenty of them showing support and asking questions in the DMs. The second account was banned from the Discord server shortly after one of the admins came back online.
As you can see from the screenshots, Pedro (one of the admins) is accusing me of "abusing sports bets". Is following tipsters and playing along with their tips really forbidden? If so, then that's the only reason they could ever void my bets for this particular game and limit my account. I can't believe it would ever be forbidden to follow tipsters, though.
Yes, they voided my bets. Yes, they limited my account. It's not a serious sports betting website and I would never recommend it to anyone. I get that. But the problem is not paying out my winnings. If they truly believe that it's fine to void bets and limit accounts just by playing along with one of the tipster's bets, then go crazy. I don't care. I care about getting scammed and not receiving my well-earned winnings worth over 1500€. Also, it's illegal to keep hold of the user's deposits. I put my money on their site, I didn't lose it, and they are not planning on sending the deposited money back to me. It's called a theft.
I will do everything in my power to get my well-earned money back. If it takes writing honest Sythe scam reports, creating new Discord accounts, and spamming their server to inform their direct community, or anything else, I will do it until I've received my money. In the long run, it will do more harm to them than the 1500€ they scammed me.
If RuneHall ever comes to its senses, then here's my LTC address: LLATmjbhz3HEU7hsYLfZWExnsydg68d7aw
I expect no more or less than 18.4968 LTC.
Sorry for the long post. I hope it reaches as many possible RuneHall customers as possible. Take this post as a warning of what could happen if you ever sign up for this site.
