In short, he created so many stories in this case whereby he can't prove himself is innocent.

All information posted in Post #1 can be confirmed from the chat history in Telegram and Skype.

The Skype's profile picture is not him as he changed his real picture into this uncle's picture after he was suspected.

@Champ Thanks to Champ for helping me in Skype before today in verifying something.

@Champ told me in Skype that no one even the staff of Sythe forum can delete the account of anyone.

When Marcus was asked to show the proof of dealings communication with the sellers and buyer, he told that his account was deleted.

This has significant showed that he has intention to scam or cheat and is considered as criminal fraud.

Criminal fraud is a white collar crime that includes any act intended to deceive through a false representation of some fact, resulting in the legal detriment of the person who relies upon the false information.

The essential elements needed to prove criminal fraud include:

• Misrepresentation of material facts
• By someone who knows the material fact is false
• With intent to defraud
• To a person or entity who justifiably relies on the misrepresentation
• Actual injury or damages results from the reliance
