You cannot PM others while being DNT'd. I recommend talking to him on Skype/Discord to get this resolved. Or, you can PM Chloe when it is recovered and she will make sure the account is put back into the OP's hands.

 

I don't have his skype or discord information. My phone previously logged me out of my skype app and it hasn't allowed me to log back in so I created a new one.

 

you offered to help when i told you and i kept in touch but i never got any more responses. i tried to give you a couple weeks to respond because i know you have work, i'm a full time student and worker, i wouldn't want to be bothered every day i gave you that same courtesy. i keep my computer scanned every week and it's like you said when i told you about the account being recovered, you're the original owner.

another red flag was that the original email, payment email, and new email after it was recovered all start with d.

 

I don't know what you want from me. It's not on my end because I haven't even been on my personal PC in weeks because of work. I can recover the account back for you if you'd like but I don't want to end up back in the same boat and having you tarnish my reputation on sythe.

 

@kluchgts Can you please provide your Discord/Skype information so he can get in touch with you?

 

when did you have to make a new skype?

 

i use discord more often now, but i do still have skype installed and open on my pc. so it's up to you which you want to use

Alright guys, please confirm here when the account issue has been resolved. Also @kluchgts I recommend running a virus scan on your computer to prevent future incidents just in case you do have a virus.

 

there's an auto rootkit scan daily and i manually run a full system scan weekly. i hope my anti-virus isn't just complete ass

 

I was able to recover the account for him and sent him a link to change the email and the new password of said account.

Yes I have changed the email and password to mine, but I have not yet accessed it as I'm at work
