After discussion with the staff team, there is not significant enough proof to say that the users were in collusion. While it is fair to ban them from your platform for playing from the same IP, it is not fair to completely withhold their funds from them.

The following will need to be repaid before this pardon can continue:
SmiteYoBgs scammed me for 6b on runebet (5.8b 07 @ Feb 2019) - $4350 to repayment
RuneBet Bad Faith Game (400m 07 @ Dec 2019) - $232 for repayment

As the victims are inactive the money will go to community repayment. Please send no less than $4582 to the following BTC address:

After that is done please reply here with a link to the transaction or send it to me on Discord.

It seems you were cleared of your links to a few accounts in 2018, so we will not hold you liable for them here.

You'll need to let me know if the report above was resolved or not, if not that will need to be repaid as well.

After some lengthy discussion with the staff team about the situation, we will be reducing the amount owed from the first report due to your compensation of users who played at the same table as the user(s) accused of collusion.

The new amount owed is as follows:
SmiteYoBgs scammed me for 6b on runebet (5.8b 07 @ Feb 2019 minus $720 for compensation already provided) - $3630 to repayment
RuneBet Bad Faith Game (400m 07 @ Dec 2019) - $232 for repayment

I can confirm that the above amount owed was sent to the community repayment fund.

As there are no further debts and no signs of evasion this can now move into voting. Results can take up to two weeks and when a verdict is reached, your name will be shown in this thread.
