Run3500 requesting a pardon for being accused to keylog Nullware[FIXED]

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

My original and oldest Sythe username is "run3500". The reason why I was banned on "Run3500" was because the file that I sent to a file another Sythe user that claimed it was a "Infected" or had a "Virus". Back then, I was around 12-14 years old with basic knowledge of english that barely did any good in school. I knew almost nothing about dangers of the internet. All I wanted from that "Sythe User" is to make me an auto talker ( Auto Hot Key ) which I could use while playing runescape. Back then, I don't believe Auto Hot Key existed, so I looked around the internet and found this software called "Macro Tool" on this website made especially for Habbo Hotel which I still own today but no longer use it anymore. I haven't had an anti virus installed and I had no reason to believe that it was infected. I've been using it for a long time and none of my information of log ins were stolen. I sent him the file to show him how my macro tool should look and work. We had a deal that he'll create me one for some gold/money. Now, to my surprise, it turned out that this macro tool that I've sent him as an example was a keylogger. I got accused of attempting to keylog another member of this community. I defended myself and as a result, I got banned. Later I made another account named "I'm Lazy", and I got banned on that as well for ban evasion. Now if I was really the person you said I am, you know, a hacker, don't you think that I would have the common sense to not admit who I was on Sythe or no how to bypass a forum ban?

For the ban evasion on "I'm Lazy", I don't exactly know why I made another account which instead, I should have disputed my ban. I think that I wasn't smart enough to create a good case to become unbanned from Sythe on Run3500. There was one particular case in which it involved a member named "Atom Lab" whom scammed me for $100.00 for Runescape gold. At that time, 100 dollars worth of gold would get me around 20 million runescape gold.

You can go ahead and search "run3500" as I do admit that there is a scam report. Let me explain the situation and how it never got resolved and was archived. I sent him around $100 or something dollars for 22.5M I believe. He was a legitimate gold seller and I felt that we would wouldn't run into any problems. He received my payment and in which he now owes me 22.5M. The problem was that he lived in Canada and I lived in a different state which uses different times. We also used MSN messenger but he was being very sketchy and was never on when I was on. I have two older sisters in which need to be on the internet to chat with their friends. We shared computers so 3 people take turns going on the computer I would be on for about an hours and off for 2 hours or something. The PM system was not doing us any good so what I decided him to do is transfer the gold onto my account because we couldn't be on the same time. I gave him my mule ( a runescape account that holds gold ) and let him multi-log or drop trade at the time where it still exists before there was a limit in trading gold and drop trading doesn't work. He did what I asked and then when I logged on to check the gold, there was no gold on my account.

Before I even got the chance of logging on to check to see my gold has been transfered, there was an imposter ( he had the same email but with similar differences which may fool someone ). I already had added him on MSN and talked to him on MSN messenger before so I don't understand why he would receive another friend request on MSN with a similar email as I do. I really don't publish my email anywhere on sythe but I try to refrain from doing so. Who would really want to imposter me for 22.5m gold.( worth $100 at the time) It appears that this imposter and Atom Lab was on at the same time and when he was finished transferring the gold. From the pictures I saw on his scam report, I checked conversation and he was speaking with someone else who had a different email! He even double posts and admitted to that he was talking to the imposter. How did the imposter gain access to my account? The pictures that he put on his scam report indicates that in his chat logs with the imposter, told him my USERNAME and PASSWORD with the gold that had 22.5M. Why in the world would you have to tell me the username and password to me again as I am the real owner. Even if you did, there would be no reason for you to change my password as you have no authorization by me anyways. Well from there, this case was NEVER solved. Now that I got that out of my head, lets get back on topic.

Why did I come back to Sythe?( ban evasion of I'm Lazy)

As a kid, I came here because I thought this would be the BEST community to discuss about runescape, buy and sell runescape gold, and enjoy the non-runescape related forums. I am not a kid anymore but in my mid 20's. To this very day, I love Sythe with all my heart. Despite the scammers here on sythe, it doesn't scare me away from not wanting to be here anymore. Most of the time, I'm reporting people on a daily basis when I browse in the market place. Other times, I just read about what people have to say in Off topic forums. If you date back from my oldest account, "Run3500" Registered in 2006, you will find that I didn't scam anyone at ALL all the way until 2014. I have no reason to make a quick buck off someone and throw it all away and get banned on Sythe. Even when I was a kid, I never wanted to scam anyone and I was afraid that doing so on the internet might have some serious effects in real life. For example, you start as a amateur scammer getting banned over and over again, learning techniques to bypassing bans and then move up to being somewhat a "professional scammer" in which can potentially get you in serious legal trouble. These are not my future views at all as I just want to become a legitimate, business man as I want to become in real life. Also, being a fraud is someone I don't want to be in the future. I am a really nice kid, don't have many friends which I inherited these genes from my uncle. I feel that when I'm on the internet, nobody can judge you except the actions you present to them. ( Be a mean person online, everyone see's you as a mean person).

You might be thinking to yourself before you approve my pardon or not. " Oh this guy tried to infect another user, doesn't get away with it, gets banned, creates a new account later, gets banned again for evasion". I think I mentioned it earlier but I'm not a very bright kid at all at the times when I did this. I don't even knowledge on how to make a simple program that turns off your computer. The program that I had called "Macro Tool" at the time, probably flagged it as a virus but because from what I learned, most "Legitimate" programs would detect as false alarms. I believed that the program was not infected and I had NEVER been hacked in my ENTIRE LIFE. I never had any intentions of trying to key log or infect another Sythe member anyways.

Why am I still here?

I am writing this because I feel that I can present a good summary of why I should be pardoned. I never actually done ANYTHING wrong at all here on Sythe. ( Other than the scam report for an infected file and the ATOM LAB gold selling incident ) The one who is to blame is the person who reported me and got me banned on Sythe for sending him a file in which he thought was a infected program. (1/31/2013 - I don't remember but this was a long time ago but I believed that he blocked me from MSN after I sent the file. He probably never gave me a chance to explain anything to him at all). That was the ONLY main reason why he wouldn't let me cross the bridge to Sythe.org, but instead created a HUGE explosion in which separating me away from Sythe. I was just SO ATTACHED to Sythe.org that I had to be back as a part of a community because I know i'm innocent and have done nothing wrong but don't have good english to write a report. There was once a man who won the lottery for 1 million dollars, but had no good english. The clerk or the person running the liquor store lied to him and said he only won $1000.00 or he didn't win anything. The clerk or person running the liquor store, kept the winning 1 million dollar ticket and was going to cash it out later under a different name. I don't want to go in detail but they got caught up because the man who bought the lottery ticket reported it to the police after he tried bribing him 1k, 10k 100k to not report it to him.

(bonus) I don't know where to put this but I wrote it anyways. This is in regards to the appeal I made after remembering that I got banned on run3500 when I was ban evading.

I was only aged 16 years old and a sophomore at my highschool at the time studying BASIC ENGLISH and BASIC READING. "I had completely forgotten that my old sythe account " run3500 " was banned for the incident of trying to key log a sythe member. I wasn't trying to because I didn't know that it was an infected file". In this sentence that I quoted, this was an error made by me as a 16 year old trying to file a dispute for the 1st or 2nd time, I lost count.. For example, John tried to keylog Tony by sending him a virus. Tony reports John on Sythe for trying to keylog him. Then Bill, a random member on sythe gossips with his friend and say, "Oh, your friend john was banned for the incident of trying to keylog a member. ". Well anyways, I just wanted to include that in my dispute because that appeal was written very poorly. 5 years later, I read it and I feel that my writing skills suck and I didn't do much rough drafting at all. I just wrote and submit. I did however had someone write this appeal for me which I paid about 20 bucks. I lost the document but had a picture of only part of it which I included in this dispute.

TLDR

As a kid at the age of 14-16 at the time of the incident of the infected file received by NULL WARE( BANNED), the main reason why I was banned on run3500 in the first place. Before you hit that submit button, think about it. Take a good look at this dispute, spot all the bad grammar, punctuation, and other mistakes you see. I wanted someone to replicate a program that I wanted to use for runescape. That user accepted my file that I sent him and thought that I was trying to infect him which that isn't true! Do you really even think that someone like me have the KNOWLEDGE to create a deadly virus or a simple keylogger? I think it was a huge misunderstanding in which an innocent person (me) had a infected file in which never did anything to me for the past few years of using it. It's like those "SAFE" programs which can trigger as a false alarm. I know for a fact that some programs would have your AV trigger it as an infected file but really its not because the functions of the program is what causes it to trigger as a infected file. Honestly I don't know but this is what I was been told. I do however still OWN this program to this date.
