Apparently when you max out fully you get a free flight paid by JaGex and a tour of their HQ in London?

Is this true?

This is why that famous boss killer quit (Guy who first soloed corp, forgot his name/was a "famous" PvMer", Jagex told him they'd offer him a job, he maxed out his skills then asked about them about the job offer but they didn't give it to him so he quit.

Are you reffering to Wooox16 ? I never heard anything about him getting such an offer. He was a machine tho.

This thread isn't about him being offered a job, it's about a free tour of JaGex HQ for anyone that fully maxs in RS. Apperntly anyway.

 

I've also heard this rumour but I highly doubt it! there are too many maxed accounts.

 

Yeah, this is bullshit. There's like 50 maxed people lol, Jagex wouldn't pay for that many people to come to their HQ.

When Jagex annouced they were flying people to London for the 'big ticket', they went through the top 500 players and invited 5 of them each week.

Apparently details are in the Forum, which is hidden for only maxed players to see.

 

Yeah, it is too easy - in theory - to max an account. They would have to bring a handful of people and plane tickets aren't cheap.

 

It's not like they don't have a lot of money, they've got a fuck load lol.

Maybe this was true, for the first 50 maxed players?

 

Ive heard about 1 or 2 year ago players like gertjaars (number 1 at the time) ,zezima and some other well known high lvl players were invited to jagex HQ to a tour

But seriously I never heard of that and I only know a couple famous people went to their HQ, and they cant offer a player a job, if he has no skills in computer programming

 

I never ever mentioned anything about anyone being offered a job, It was all about JaGex HQ tours.

 

i dont think so tbh, would be alot of loss for them.

 

It's not about the loss, it's about giving something back to the players who have put a tone of effort into the game.

 

I know someone who's maxxed, they didn't get shit
