rulez.-appeal

Hi,
I've been banned years ago with the reason: "Admitting to scam".
It's solely a misunderstanding. I made a question and a mod who misunderstood it decided to be overly strict and cautious. My question might have seemed suspicious at the time but as I already explained in my last appeal I haven't ever traded with anyone (I have 1 post on this forum anyway).
My profile can be found here: http://www.sythe.org/members/267025-rulez-.html
Last time I made a pardon-thread there was a voting but it got closed and denied due to not enough staff members voting.
I understand you wish to keep your community free of scammers (any site leader with the least bit of common sense would want this) but banning members for scamming when they haven't ever traded with anyone is obviously a terrible mistake.
tl;dr: I have been faulty banned years ago. I have not (and haven't ever had) any bad intentions so I can't really agree to the part in the forum description that states the following:
"You acknowledge that you are guilty of committing an offence"
Lastly please understand the following:
- I wouldn't bother coming back 2 years in a row to appeal an account with 1 post if I had bad intentions
- I could easily have ban-evaded like all the people who got banned (with valid proof and reasoning) but I'm not going to
Merry christmas and a happy new year.
