Rule update

Okay, let me take a little time to explain what and why this should be done.

Let's go back to 2009 when I first joined Sythe. I was told by a friend, which has been my friend for years and years, about this site.
I read all the rules, and been a LOYAL member ever since. I have never scammed, never attempted to scam, self vouched, or received vouches from my friend.
Now, for the last few days, I've been at his house, doing some hardcore gaming, so I decided to make some money doing it. Now, I've used Sythe before on my friend's computer, multiple times, with no issues whatsoever.
I offered to get some credits to a couple people for Halo Reach on my friend's computer, and ended up only doing 1 account for 1600 Ms Points.
Now, I get a Twc, because I used a friends computer to make some money while I was at his house. I talked to the person who gave me this ugly little mark of mine about it, and he says this,

"The reason its done is because your dealing with an IRL acquaintance and we have no way of knowing that unless you state that when you post/vouch."

Now, in the rules, it doesn't say anything about having to do this. Have I broken any rules, or tried to? No. So, is this a hidden rule of some sort, a rule that no one can see besides mods? Please riddle me that.

Now, to the suggestion, you should probably put that in the rules that you need to post that you're using someone elses computer to do deals.
I have since chatted back and forth with the person who gave me my Twc, and he seems to be coming up with rules of his own. Look above at what he said.
So maybe you should put that in the rules, so it doesn't happen to others.
Now I'm off, sorry about the whole story and all, but it was necessary to get to my point.
