Rule 12 is a friendly community looking for new, trustworthy members to start a great community! We are not as tight as Sythe with 'infractions' and all staff treat all members with respect. We are new, so theres less scammers about!
What do we have to offer?
- Buy and sell Runescape Accounts
- Buy and sell Runescape Gold
- Offer or find services such as skill training, questing, firecaping, defender or torso collecting, etc
- Buy membership for gold / different payment methods
It's fast, and its free, and always will be! It's extremely easy to use and get used to, so get in quick and become an early member, because the site is going to be huge!
