I got an old main account I need to transfer from [RU] server to [EUNE] I tried to purchase rp on [RU] server but it seems that Russian payment method doesn't approve my credit card

Any chance I can find a good reliable person who can charge my account for the transfer RP needed and I pay him through Paypal/Credit card?
