    There's been enough proof that the account was banned; not simply locked. There is also insufficient evidence to concretely prove what caused the ban. Therefore @RSSkiller doesn't owe a refund for this trade. DNT removed. Sorry for your loss @exterioo


    Edit: This case will required to be addressed in the pardon however it is not eligible for CRF.
